Clifton Strength Quest Training for Campus Facilitators
This 12-hour course (four day training) teaches leaders how to facilitate strengths interventions with groups and teams by incorporating strengths into existing programming. Currently have two campus trained facilitators, would like to expand to include four additional trainers.
