Definition:

The Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) is a voluntary retirement savings plan available to UUP, CSEA, PEF, and Police and Safety employees. You may contribute a portion of their salary through payroll deduction before federal or New York State tax is calculated. This lowers your taxable income generating savings in addition to building retirement savings for your future.
