- Last week, Betsy had the “Interim” tag removed from her title and she is now the Director of Alumni Engagement. Congratulations on this well-deserved promotion as we continue to Build a Better Brockport through our alumni network.
- The initial First Friday of the semester is TODAY starting at 4 pm at Alumni House.
- Kevin, Anthony, and G worked furiously to get the Alumni website moved over from iMods to
- Brockport.edu. If folks are interested, they can see the new site at https://www2.brockport.edu/alumni/ —
- and when we complete the full-site redesign, it will look EVEN BETTER!
- G worked with Residential Life to develop the ability for our campus events calendar to feed into the
- University’s “Reach Screens.” Our academic calendar is now feeding into those screens and there is the
- possibility for much more in the future.
- Take a look at the soon-to-be-released “Excellence Within Your Reach” website, and thanks to Megan for
- the great design, Michele for the coding, and Zach and Sophia for much of the content. It looks fantastic!

- If you don’t know it, our own Dan Lynd is the assistant coach for the men’s soccer program which opens its season TONIGHT at home at 7 pm against RIT. Go Dan and the Golden Eagles!
- The A&C monthly birthday celebration is Tuesday, 9/5, at 1 pm on the 3rd floor. See the team members celebrating September birthdays down below.
- Club Craze – where our students get to explore all of the great clubs and organizations that are offered – is Thursday evening, Sept. 7, in SERC.
- The football home opener is next Saturday, Sept. 9, at noon against Susquehanna (PA).
