Policy Procedures

If an academic department requires graduate students to submit master’s theses or capstone projects to SUNY Brockport’s Drake Library, they need to do so electronically to Digital Commons, Brockport’s online repository. This will increase the visibility of graduate students scholarship and make it available online for broad public and archival access.

Academic departments may also require printed copies of master’s theses or capstone projects for library or department collections. These copies, like Digital Commons submissions, need to conform to standard formatting guidelines.
