Bio

Frank Noll is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), who graduated with his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the College in May 2017. Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo in 2006. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree, Frank held several business positions throughout the Rochester area, before attending graduate school to follow his passion of counseling.

Frank completed his clinical internship at the Hazen Counseling Center, where he worked with individuals with various presenting concerns. While Frank is a generalist in practice, he is particularly interested in working with individuals with sexual orientation and/or gender identity concerns.
