Bio

Tricia Snyder joined The Department of Social Work in 2015. An alumnus of Greater Rochester Collaborative Master of Social Work program, she also completed a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship at the University of Rochester. She is the Director of Field Education for the Undergraduate Social Work Department and teaches in the areas of social/economic justice, policy, and clinical practice at in both our undergraduate and graduate programs. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, her professional practice includes continued work for public and private institutions on diversity and inclusion, strategic planning, Systems of Care, Response to Intervention (RTI) models as well as individual and organizational development. She serves on several community projects related to positive youth development and social/economic justice.
