Bio

Emma Scholl (Costumes) is a costume designer and technician for theatre, dance, and film. In addition to her work for the Department of Dance at Brockport, she recently designed costumes for an adaptation of The Bacchae at SUNY Oswego’s Theatre Department. Her wearable art was presented at the STRUTT Wearable Art Show in Ontario, Canada and at the Rochester Fringe Festival. Previous to her move to Rochester she managed the costume shop and designed for the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. She has also designed dance and theatrical costumes at Bloomsburg University, Bucknell University, and Florida State University. Recent theatrical design credits include The Bacchae, Other Desert Cities, Little Shop of Horrors, 4000 Miles, Last of the Red Hot Lovers, and Full Gallop. She holds an MFA in costume design from Florida State University.
