Dr. Karen Schule Williams (Higher Education Administration Program Coordinator) presented an interactive workshop titled “Got biases? Discover and slay your implicit biases” on March 9, 2021 for the Rochester Women’s Network (RWN).
The workshop helped participants recognize their own implicit biases and develop strategies on how to confront and eliminate them. In addition to being a longtime member of RWN, Schuhle-Williams serves on the RWN Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee as well as being a member of the Leadership Special Interest Group.
