Summary: Undergraduate student Jarrod Ludwig and graduate students, Kylee Wilson, Kyle Morton, and Aaron Heisey presented their research at the (virtual) 2021 New York Chapter of the American Fisheries Society annual meeting.

The 2021 New York Chapter of the American Fisheries Society virtual annual meeting was held February 24 – 26.
Kylee Wilson and Kyle Morton are advised by Matthew Altenritter, whereas Jarrod Ludwig and Aaron Heisey are advised by Jacques Rinchard.
Aaron Heisey received the best oral presentation award from the NY Chapter of the American Fisheries Society.
Altenritter was the program chair for the NY American Fisheries Society meeting.
- Jarrod Ludwig presented a poster titled “Insight of the deepwater sculpin reproduction in Lake Ontario”
- Kylee Wilson presented a poster titled “Stable isotopes and morphometric variation: describing yellow perch use of Lake Ontario and two barrier protected coastal wetlands”
- Kyle Morton presented a poster titled “Telemetry and mark-recapture data characterize juvenile lake sturgeon in the Lower Genesee River of Lake Ontario, NY”
- Aaron Heisey presented an oral communication titled “Does a high lipid diet cause thiamine deficiency in lake trout?”
