Dr. Willis not only contributed to the planning of these sessions, but she was also a presenter.
This session concentrated on the concepts of succession planning and ensured the essentials on how to build a plan were included. This session featured both general guidelines to get started and real operational steps to make this important process successful at an institution. The discussion included making hiring a consideration and identifying your successor.
