“Relics of the Here and Now” is an exhibition of Jennifer Hecker’s mixed-media sculptures and Juan Perdiguero’s ink drawings. The Opening Reception will be held on Saturday, February 26 from 3-6 pm at Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs, NY.
Professor Hecker is excited to be exhibiting with Juan Perdiguero, professor of Art at SUNY Oswego, and she hopes that her Brockport students and colleagues will get to see these new and recent works.
New and recent works by Jennifer Hecker and Juan Perdiguero aim to define a place in time and address our shared connection as a human species to something spiritual and/or psychological.
“These vestiges refer to the passing of time and the desire to preserve the moment.” - Jennifer Hecker
