Summary: SUNY Brockport is offering faculty, staff, and students the opportunity to apply for up to $2500 to conduct mental health and wellbeing related programming on campus.

As SUNY Brockport continues to meet the mental health needs of our students during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to offer the Eagle Cares Mental Health and Wellness Mini-Grant to members of the campus community who are seeking to engage in programming in this vital area.

This competitive award allows applicants to apply for up to $2500, and it is open to faculty, staff, and students. Applications are encouraged to be collaborative in nature, and at least one member of the applicant group must have faculty/staff status.

Individual grants must be expended during the 2021-2022 fiscal year. Proposals with a focus on decreasing stress and anxiety; promoting healthy coping skills; combating the stigma of help-seeking and/or mental health disorders; increasing awareness of campus resources; or underrepresented populations are highly encouraged.

The application cycles include deadlines on February 23, March 23, and April 22, 2022.  The review committee will then work with the grants office to notify applicants of their status.
