Improvement in employee success is a key driver for improved retention and reputation, as well as helping us achieve our goal of Being a Great College at Which to Work.
The purpose of the Employee Success Center will be to develop programs that support the needs of employees throughout the Employee Life Cycle. Areas of focus will be:
- Professional Development, including individual skill development and leadership development
- Retirement Planning
- Dedicated space for ongoing engagement with diverse faculty and staff groups
The Employee Success Center will be dedicated to Building a Better Brockport by supporting and promoting people, diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
