Title: Nominate a Colleague, Department, or Program for an EMSA Award
Let’s take a moment to recognize the resiliency, outstanding dedication, and persistence of our colleagues. The previous year has been challenging, yet many of our colleagues, departments, and/or programs have continued to persevere and do outstanding work for the College.
There are six award categories including Campus Partner, Collaboration, EDI, Outstanding New Professional, Outstanding Support Staff, and an Innovation Award. In addition to the six categories, there will be an opportunity during the 2021-2022 EMSA Awards ceremony in April to do a KUDOS Shout-out to a colleague during the open mic session.
EMSA Awards Nomination Procedures and Instructions are:
To nominate a colleague, department, or program for the respective category:
- Prepare a succinct overview (~300 words) describing the accomplishments that directly qualify the nominee/department/program for the specific award category,
- Submit two letters of support (one letter can be from the nominator), and
- Submit your nominations online by Friday, March 11, 2022.
The EMSA GPTW Award Selection committee will select one recipient in each of the six award categories. Award winners will receive a gift card and a certificate and will be recognized at the 2021-2022 EMSA Annual Awards Celebration in April TBA.
