Title: Change in COVID Testing Hours

Summary: Please be advised COVID testing hours have changed. The new hours start on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Main Campus at Brockway Hall:

Monday: Noon to 4 pm
Tuesday: 2 - 6 pm
Wednesday: Noon to 4 pm

(There is no change to the shift worker testing schedule.)

Brockport Downtown, Room 408:

Tuesday: 3 - 5:30 pm

Employees who are unvaccinated or have not provided proof of vaccination status, are required to test weekly.

Vaccinated employees can provide confirmation of their vaccination status by one of the following:

Visit the Department of Human Resources (Allen Administration Building, 4th floor), Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and show the receptionist your CDC Vaccination Card.
If individuals prefer to save a trip to the HR Department they can send a copy of the CDC Vaccination Card to hrcovid@brockport.edu

If a vaccinated individual is not willing to provide proof of vaccination, the individual will be required to participate in weekly testing. Please note: HR is not retaining copies of vaccination cards.
