BITS is preparing to retire the FileCity2 service on Friday November 19th. As of October 31st the web interface for accessing FileCity2 will no longer be available. We have worked with a majority of share owners to back up and migrate their data to Teams or another storage solution.
Any remaining share owners who have not responded to previous messages should have recently received a message about their share and how to migrate.
If you still need assistance migrating your FileCity2 data, please place a Teams Request in the BITS Service Portal
