PRODiG stands for Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Growth. The committee is charged with providing guidance to the Provost and Academic Affairs division by suggesting ways to create a more diverse, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for faculty and staff at SUNY Brockport. This will be accomplished by evaluating faculty recruitment, retention, hiring, tenure, promotion, and pipeline data and initiatives on campus.
