Title: Storytellers Wanted for Academic Planning Seminar Series

Date: August 03, 2021
Summary: The Academic Planning Seminar Storyteller series is looking for faculty, staff, or alum who have a story to share that relates to our core themes of community, perseverance, advocacy, passion, and resiliency.
Body:

Sharing our stories is a valuable and important way to learn new perspectives and to better understand the world. Are you willing to share your story or do you know someone whose story should be shared?! Please nominate a storyteller or volunteer to tell your story.

These presentations are typically an hour long and take place in the evening, on-campus (depending on covid guidelines, of course). We can certainly be flexible and creative. Past presentations have included faculty finding their love of French Hip Hop, Administrators who were part of Supreme Court cases, and alum who have found their passion for careers they never intended to find.

Please feel free to email Thomas Chew if you have any questions. Feel free to learn more about our Community Reading program.
