Summary: Although we are no longer utilizing the Daily Symptom Checker, if you are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms (that are unusual to you or have not been previously diagnosed), or you are unvaccinated and have been exposed to a positive case of COVID, please contact your supervisor and HR immediately.

If outside of business hours, contact your supervisor as you will need to stay home/go home until you are able to contact HR for further instructions.
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches or headache
- Chills
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
