From Monday, July 12–Friday, July 16 BITS will be completing some upgrades and maintenance tasks that may impact services. Please see the included schedule.
- Monday, July 12, 6:30–8 am – Data Center Upgrade: You may experience brief intermittent network or server outages
- Tuesday, July 13, 6:30–8 am – Data Center Upgrade: You may experience brief intermittent network or server outages
- Wednesday, July 14, 6–8 am – Wireless Upgrades: Please expect short interruptions to the wireless internet
- Thursday, July 15, 6:30–8 am – Firewall upgrade: You may experience brief intermittent internet outages
- Friday, July 16, 6:30–8 am - Campus switch updates: You may experience a brief 10-minute internet outage in your building during this time
Please place a ticket in the IT Service Desk Portal or call (585) 395-5151 Option 1 if you are experiencing issues connecting to services outside of these time frames.
