Welcome to the first issue of our new A&F Divisional newsletter! Here you will find top news items from our various departments, as well as important division communications.

Vice President News:

  • The 2022-23 Academic Year is well under way and campus is beginning to bustle. Thank you to every A&F Division staff member for all you do to keep this campus running!
  • JMZ Architects will review the Facilities Master Plan recommendations with President’s Cabinet on August 31, 2022.
  • President’s Cabinet continues to review open positions and budget issues on a weekly basis.
  • JPBC meetings resume September 15, 2022.

The pedestrian bridge between Tuttle North and Drake Library now has a new ceiling. This project is a result of great teamwork between Facilities staff/trades and various college departments.

Finance & Management (F&M) – Student Accounts & Accounting:

  • Fall 2022 Tuition Payment Deadline is Friday, August 26. Electronic bills have been generated five times since mid-July to ensure students have the most up-to-date billing and financial aid information prior to the deadline.
  • Fall 2022 federal financial aid was disbursed to students’ accounts on Thursday, August 25. Refunds were produced Friday, August 26, for relevant students; these funds will help to ensure students can pay for books, rent, transportation, and other expenses.
