Step Before You Begin the Online Housing Application

1. Know your Brockport NetID & Password
  • If you are requesting a specific roommate, you will also need their Student 800 number (800xxxxxx).
2. Wait one business day after your housing deposit is received to access the housing preference form
3. Read & understand our On-Campus Housing License

February 24th

Online Housing Portal opens for incoming first year and transfer students who paid an advanced housing deposit. 

 

Are you an incoming transfer? Complete the housing preference form and add yourself to the pre-assignment list for The Student Townhomes or Eagle Hall to secure your spot early!

By May 3rd For Incoming First Year Students: Indicate Interest in one of our 15 Living Learning Communities (LLC). After May 3rd, admittance to an LLC will be by waitlist only. Please note, you will still be able to update roommate preferences past May 3rd. 
By June 1st Students are encouraged to complete the Housing Preference Form for best consideration of all your rooming preferences (this includes any interest in a single room!)
July 28, 4 pm* Housing Deposit Priority Deadline
(Housing Deposits will be accepted after this date)
July 30, 11:59 pm* Housing Preference Form Priority Deadline
(Housing Preference Forms will be accepted after this date)
Mid August Housing and LLC Assignment Email sent to your BROCKPORT email address.*


*Students paying and applying after the deadline will be housed in spaces that remain after students who made the deadline are placed.
