Fall Housing Information- Current Students

Housing Deposits Accepted

1. Call the Office of Student Accounts at 585-395-2473 to pay the advanced housing deposit over the phone. Please make sure to indicate that the deposit is for Fall 2023,
2. If you are facing a financial hardship (and do not have a hold), please email housing@brockport.edu to request a housing deposit waiver. Please make sure to include: Your First and Last Name, Banner ID (800#) and indicate that the request is for Fall 2023.

• Complete the 2023/2024 Student Townhomes Preference Form.
• If you are interested in the Student Townhomes (must have 54 credits or be a Junior or Senior)
• Confirm your roommates!
• The 2023/2024 Student Townhomes Preference Form must be completed by Tuesday February 14th at 11:59PM. No edits can be made after that date.

Online Student Townhome selection times will be emailed to your BROCKPORT email address. Students will be directed to the Online Housing Portal to find out their selection time. All Townhome selections will take place on Friday, February 11th, 2023 between 8am and 5pm.

Online Room Selection for The Student Townhomes

• Must be completed in the Online Housing Portal
• Students are responsible for confirming that an assignment has been picked for them (if a person in their group has an earlier selection time)

Pay the non-refundable advanced housing deposit of $100 online, via WebBanner.

• Complete the 2023/2024 Current Student Housing Preference Form.
• Confirm your roommates!
• The 2023/2024 Current Student Housing Preference Form must be completed by Sunday March 26th, 2023 at 11:59PM. No edits can be made after that date

Online Room Selection for students indicating interest in an LLC:

• Must be completed in the Online Housing Portal
• Students are responsible for confirming that an assignment has been picked for them (if a person in their group has an earlier selection time)

Online Room Selection for general housing (Non LLC or those who did not pick a room during LLC selection)

• Must be completed in the Online Housing Portal
• Students are responsible for confirming that an assignment has been picked for them (if a person in their group has an earlier selection time)
• Helpful tutorials can be found a the bottom of this page.

Students who apply for on-campus housing will be assigned by The Office of Residential Life/Learning Communities. Residential Life/Learning Communities will try their best to take student preferences into consideration. Students who will have more than 54 credits in the Fall 2023 semester, can add themselves to the Student Townhome wait list.
