Our online ‘Patient Portal’ makes it easier for you to upload vaccine documentation, self-schedule appointments, send Secure Messages for non-urgent medical questions, have lab results sent to you, ask routine follow-up questions, and more.

  • Log into the portal with your Net ID and password.

Opt in for Appointment Text Reminders

Text messages are sent for appointment reminders, vaccine clinics, and urgent health communication. To receive text messages you MUST OPT IN:

  1. Access the patient portal
  2. Log in using your NetID and password
  3. Select your name in the top right of the screen
  4. Select Edit Your Profile
  5. Check the box for “I would like to receive text message reminders” and save

You may utilize our after-hours nurse triage line by calling (585)-395-2414 for medical advice ONLY. Follow the prompts to connect to FONEMED. Registered nurses are available to talk with students to help determine a plan of care.


Confidentiality

With the exception of emergency situations in which a student is unable to assume responsibility, all medical information is confidential. The Student Health Center will not share information concerning the health of a student without the student’s explicit and informed written authorization. Notification of parents, University faculty, and administrators is considered the student’s responsibility.
