Introverts Unite!

This groups aims to provide support and to empower introverts in a world that idealizes being extroverted. Members will have the opportunity to utilize a safe and nonjudgmental space to engage in self-exploration with likeminded peers, to reach a greater acceptance of themselves. Being an introvert is not an illness, there is “nothing wrong with you”, and you should not be ashamed of who you are. This group will cover setting boundaries, positive self-talk, being your authentic self, and so much more! Come discover your quiet power, in a world filled that is filled with noise.

When: Thursdays from 3:30 - 5 pm
Where: Hazen Hall Group Room
Start Date: September 29, 2022
Facilitator: Keegan Johnston, LMHC
