Our assistants start at the current SUNY minimum wage, $11.80/hour.

Drake encourages work study applicants in addition to temporary service applicants. We also try to accommodate experienced returning student employees. Though we employ many students, there are always many more applicants than there are vacancies. Elements considered in hiring are: (1) your availability during specific hours, (2) GPA of 2.0 or better, and (3) results of your interview. If your availability matches our needs, we will call you for an interview. If your availability does not match our needs, you will not be called.
