We are excited to have you with us! Below is a checklist to get you ready to succeed in your graduate studies.
New Student Checklist for Deposited Graduate Students
If you have been assigned a condition of admission regarding the need to submit a final official transcript showing proof of degree awarded, please submit directly to the ATTN: Center for Graduate Studies, Rakov 101H, 350 New Campus Drive, Brockport, NY 14420. If the institution utilizes an electronic transcript service, send an official transcript to gradappdocs@brockport.edu. Note: Graduates of SUNY Brockport are not required to submit their Brockport transcript.
Each academic department handles advisement and advisor assignments for their students — and does so in a variety of different ways. Please monitor your SUNY Brockport email account for updated information regarding advisement. If you have any immediate concerns, feel free to contact your academic department.
To retrieve your NetID, which will be used to access all Brockport systems, please visit NetID Lookup and Password Change System. Please allow 2-3 days after depositing before attempting to retrieve your NetID.
