  • American Heart Association ACLS, Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider, Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider, Basic Life Support (BLS) – RQI)
  • American Red Cross First Aid Certification

Verification of Observation Hours:

A minimum of 25 observation hours under the direct supervision of a Board of Certification (BOC) certified athletic trainer is required.
