Golden Eagle Orientation is designed to help you:
- Make connections with other new students and peers
- Understand your course schedule and academic requirements
- Find out how you can become involved on campus and make your mark
- Learn about resources that will support you both on and off campus
- Understand important policies and procedures
All orientation sessions are held during the month of July. Sessions are overnight, designed to give our incoming students the best possible introduction to life at Brockport. Even if you will be commuting to campus or live in Brockport, the overnight experience is mandatory.
Last Chance Orientation
Last Chance Golden Eagle Orientation (GEO) is exactly what it sounds like; your “last chance” to get connected with all of the resources, supports, and engagement available at SUNY Brockport before the start of the semester!
At Last Chance GEO, you will have the opportunity to hear from various offices on campus dedicated to your success, meet with an academic advisor, and connect with other incoming Golden Eagles, as well as some of our current students!
