BCCMI is a community music school for all ages and abilities. You do not have to be a college student to attend, or even from the Brockport area! We accept students as young as 6, as old as 96, and everyone in between. When you study at BCCMI, you will be learning from nationally and even internationally award winning musicians. Our teachers come to us with degrees from renowned music schools, including the top North American music conservatories, the Eastman School of Music and The Juilliard School. Whether you are looking for classical or jazz, we can provide you with music lessons in any instrument you want to learn or already play.
At BCCMI, we think the old saying ‘the more the merrier’ was created with music in mind, which is why we offer several ensembles for students to make music together. That is especially true for our homeschooling friends who may be looking for both an academic and social outlet for their students. In the future, we will be adding music classes on topics such as music theory, music history, composing, song writing, and many more!
Come join us as we embark on this exciting adventure! If you are curious, stop by and meet our director, Dr. Natalie Fuller. She will be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have.
