The Language Club’s bi-weekly meetings are scheduled on Sunday so it does not conflict with work or school activities.
At meetings The Language Club discusses upcoming events, such as Salsa Dancing or Henna. Some meetings including origami or crafts in preparation for their larger events, like Cinco De Mayo. The meetings also allow students to get to know new people, learn about different cultures, and practice other languages. They often have international students join in on meeting, to contribute to the diversity of languages and cultures that are represented.
An example of some of the activities at their meetings include,
- Food and music from multiple cultures
- Role playing games in Spanish

Their main goal is to offer students a place where they can practice their French or Spanish in a friendly environment!
