ROTC gives Cadets opportunities throughout the year to receive training in order to prepare them to become future leaders of America. Training takes place on campus, off campus and at various military installations during the summer. Twice a week you will receive one to two hours of classroom instruction on leadership, mental agility, communication, time management, land navigation, tactics, and other related officer development topics. In addition to classroom instruction you will participate in three hours of physical fitness training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and a two hour lab on Thursday afternoon consisting of hands-on training to develop critical leadership skills.
Army ROTC will also give you a wealth of opportunities to receive Army training from all around the world. Our Cadets regularly travel the world to receive the same training as regular Army officers.
