Fiction Writer
Andre Dubus III is the author of seven books, a few being House of Sand and Fog, Gone So Long and his memoir, Townie. His most recent novel, Gone So Long, was just released in October 2018. His work has appeared in The Best American Essays of 1994 and The Best Spiritual Writing of 1999. House of Sand and Fog was a finalist for The National Book Award, a number one New York Times best-seller, and was turned into a feature-length film.
Morgan Jerkins

Morgan Jerkins is the author of the New York Times best-selling essay collection, This Will Be My Undoing: Living at the Intersection of Black, Female and Feminist in (White) America. Her work has been published in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, ELLE, The New Republic, and The Atlantic, among many others.
Ralph Black

Poet
Ralph Black is the author of Turning Over the Earth, from Milkweed Editions, and a chapbook, The Apple Psalms. He is the recipient of the Anne Halley Poetry Prize from The Massachusetts Review and the Chelsea Poetry Prize. His poems have appeared in The Georgia and Gettysburg Reviews, Orion, and West Branch. His newest collection, Bloom and Laceration, received the 2017 Hopper Poetry Prize from Green WritersPress. He teaches at The College at Brockport and lives in Rochester, NY.
Christine Kitano

Poet
Christine Kitano is the author of the poetry collections Sky Country and Birds of Paradise. Her work has appeared in The Crab Orchard Review, The Pinch, Tar River Poetry, The Portland Review, Miramar and Wildness. Her poetry has earned several awards, including an Emerging Writer Fellowship from The Writer’s Center. She teaches creative writing at Ithaca College.

Leslie Jamison is the author of The Recovering: Intoxication and its Aftermath, The Gin Closet, along with the New York Times best-selling essay collection The Empathy Exams. Her work has been published in The New York Times Magazine, Harper’s, Oxford American, A Public Space and The Believer. Jamison is a regular columnist for The New York Times Book Review.
