We are recruiting interested Grade 7-12 STEM teachers and students!
Earn $200 - $500 Teacher Stipends and $50 Student Stipends
We are excited to support students in learning to code by developing various level games and products according to student abilities using Scratch, developed by the MIT Media Lab.
Teachers/Students — You Need Not Know to Code
Online coding tutorials for students are available. However, we need the support of one facilitating teacher per school to recruit students and simply monitor their progress. We do the rest! Students will get basic training in producing computer coding products. This is a rapidly expanding field with many career opportunities! Participation is voluntary, incentive-based and students can withdraw from the program at any time during the process.
Teacher Stipends: $200.00 for >10 students & $500 for >50 students who complete the tutorials.
Student Stipends: $50.00 processed in May, 2018 upon completion of all coding products.
