Yes, you do need a Brockport photo ID to enter Brockport Downtown. If you do not have a Brockport ID, you will need to sign in at the entrance with security staff.

Faculty, Staff, and students can print from their laptops by going to printing.brockport.edu and uploading the specific document(s) they’d like printed.
At Brockport Downtown, there is a designated space where you can make copies. Students, Faculty, and Staff can make copies in Room 548. For larger jobs, or jobs that need color, contact the Print Shop.

Incoming and outgoing mail for Brockport Downtown is distributed on the 5th floor mailroom. In this mailroom, you’ll locate mail slots for both faculty and adjunct members, along with a designated outgoing mailbox.
Yes, you can request your Interlibrary Loan sent to Brockport Downtown. Once it arrives at our Brockport Downtown location, we will email you for pick up.
Any student parking at Brockport Downtown will not need to purchase a main campus parking pass. All parking is independent for each person in the various parking opportunities around our location (Washington Square Garage, Mid-Town parking garage, Wadsworth, or on-street).
If you are a faculty, or staff working or teaching at the Brockport Downtown location, you will need to purchase a main campus employee parking tag. This tag can be used at all locations for parking.
To reserve space for an event at Brockport Downtown, reach out to our Manager of Operations at email@example.com. You can also stop by Brockport Downtown and visit Room 562 to reserve a space. This includes helping with marketing and reserving the student lounge for information tables and various events you’d like to host.
Located within Room 564 at Brockport Downtown is our Graduate Resource Space. Here, you have access to a diverse array of academic resources and information. These resources encompass support from both the Rochester and main campus, featuring Health on the Shelf, Career Services, Library assistance, Interlibrary Loan, Headphone/charger rental, Web cam for virtual meetings, Graduate Studies, Food Pantry, and the Professional Clothing Closet.

Yes, you can grab a snack or a meal at Brockport Downtown. There’s a vending machine situated on the 2nd floor of Brockport Downtown, and you’ll also find several local food vendors. Furthermore, you have the option to visit the B-stro Restaurant on the first floor during their lunch and evening hours. Keep an eye on their menu boards for the latest updates.
